Retail Policy and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.  The following defines the Sonim return and refund policies.

Return Policy

Retail purchases of Sonim products on this site by end-users are eligible for return within 30 days of the original purchase. A product purchased from Sonim may be returned for a refund provided it meets specific requirements listed below. Sonim products purchased elsewhere, for resale or industrial purposes or in quantities larger than three units per order, are not eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased directly from Sonim’s website by an end-user
  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is returned with its original packaging
  • The product must be in new and working condition
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from us
  • Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Refund Policy

A refund will only be issued following the receipt of a previously approved return in accordance with the steps outlined above in the “Return Policy”.  We do not offer refunds in advance.  Once Sonim receives your return, we will inspect the product and ensure the original packaging has been included and it is in new and working condition.  If the original packaging has not been returned or received, or the product is not in new and resalable condition, a refund will not be issued.  Once a refund has been approved, a refund of your original purchase price will be issued via your original payment method within 3 business days.   A reminder, shipping charges are not eligible for refund.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Sonim Technologies.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
