If SCOUT is not applying the configurations, you should check the following items. If the issue persists then you should contact Sonim support.

 

  • Check if the device is connected to internet by opening a web browser and navigating to a webpage
  • If you are on WiFi, check if your firewall has Sonim Cloud URL whitelisted-https://www.sonimcloud.com/
  • Try manual Sync
  • Check the IMEI number on Cloud and ensure it matches the IMEI of the device
  • If the configuration is added to a device group, then check if the device is part of the group
