If SCOUT is not applying the configurations, you should check the following items. If the issue persists then you should contact Sonim support.
- Check if the device is connected to internet by opening a web browser and navigating to a webpage
- If you are on WiFi, check if your firewall has Sonim Cloud URL whitelisted-https://www.sonimcloud.com/
- Try manual Sync
- Check the IMEI number on Cloud and ensure it matches the IMEI of the device
- If the configuration is added to a device group, then check if the device is part of the group
