Sonim Announces Pricing of Upsized $24 Million Public Offering

AUSTIN, TX – June 5, 2020 – Sonim Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: SONM), today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 32,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $0.75 per share. The aggregate gross proceeds to Sonim from the offering are expected to be approximately $24 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses. All of the shares of common stock are offered by Sonim. In addition, Sonim has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 4,800,000 shares of Sonim’s common stock on the same terms and conditions. The offering is expected to close on June 9, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.

Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. and Lake Street Capital Markets LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
