Does the XP3plus have an emergency button application?

No, there is no E911 application on the XP3plus. You will need to configure & use Sonim SOS, or a similar third party application. Sonim SOS is one of our SonimWare tools and more information can be found at www.sonimtech.com/products/sonimware/#SOS

Does the XP3plus support USB OTG (On the Go)?

No, the XP3plus does not support USB On the Go. No audio & power at the same time.
